You must have a long lens for this great shot, tell all. This looks like our pied cormorant but the eye is so blue? It may be that i have never taken one with sun in it's eye before?

I cannot explain what happens. Since I took on photography in June 2014, wonderful things happen. This cormorant was like waiting for me to take photos - I was a few feet from the bird and he posed for me for maybe 30 minutes before he flew away. The same happens with other animals, such as Pelicans, Terns, Herons. I seem to attract these animals and make them comfortable around me LOL.

This cormorant had the most beautiful blue eyes I had not seen before. - I forgot to mention. For this image, I enhanced the blues a bit, but not a lot.
