Thanks - I saw them in the wild and these are not native - most likely escaped or released by a pet owner - so sad

Location
I did take this picture in Dana Point (Dana Point Headlands) California.Time
This photo was taken at about 7am in the morning.Lighting
No special lighting, just the natural light of the early morning hours.Equipment
Nikon D5300 with a 55-300mm Nikkor lens.Inspiration
I was relaxing with my eyes closed when I suddenly heard the birds calling me. When I opened my eyes, I saw the birds and took a few photos of them. These are not native to that area and someone must have release these (pets) into the wild. I only knew after I went home to look up the birds (Zebra Finches).Editing
I did mask the birds and add some clouds. In my camera bag
I always have my Nikon D5300, a 18-55mm and 55-300mm lens in my bag. Tripod only occasionally depending on what I am going to shoot.Feedback
No special advice. Just keep your camera on, ready to shoot and no lens cap on. If I had the camera in my bag, I would have missed this opportunity.
