The woodies are usually lined up between 9 - 10am during the 2 days when the festival takes place. Mid of July.Lighting

If you go to that event, you need to go there early and go on the pier before these woodies are lining up. Usually they close the pier for pedestrians and if you already on the pier, you are doing great.
