The remains of ice cover on the Rideau River at the locks in Merrickville Ontario. It looked like a diamond cluster...shiny enough to reflect the blue from the sky. If you look close you can see the green from lily pads that were trapped in the ice. This once much larger ice formation was just a few feet long when I photographed it in the late spring of 2015.
