Actually, this was a test photo, I was testing my new lens, I grabed the camera outside my garden and boom, i had a stunning picture in my display, it sounds like magic but, it really is, the magic of photography.Time
It is quiet early in the morning, as my new packing arrived and I couldn't wait more.It was a cloudy day, with some water sparkles around the flowers. The wonderful Spring season, ah we love that blooming smell.Wish i could do it my self,unfortunately have pollen Allergies. Definitely a new Beginning for all of us.Lighting
Everything you see in that photo is natural. Pure green and ambient lighting.This resulted in lower contrast,a cool, soft appearance.The Many photographers shy away from this type of lighting, but doing so is often a misteak.Equipment
I used a simple D3200 and a 55-300mm VR lens from Nikon, the shot is handheld.No flash, not nothing else similar.I'm still a Student, and so, not much money avaivable to invest in expensive gear.Inspiration
I just love the shape of this loving flowers. As I told above its a "Grab and Drop" photo.The nature in my hometown Prizren, Kosovo is lovely in the spring season. The nature is very beautiful and it creates rare opportunities for Photographers. This actually represents all my grandmothers life, as she was young and beautiful and fell in love with my grandfather, she planted a lot of beautiful flowers in her garden. She still takes care of them, like it was the first time she saw him.Or it is too poetic to match.Editing
Mostly, the camera can't pick always the best colours, this process is still, even at this age, human eye dependent.So, a little playing around, just a little commitment brings great results, no matter the Post-processing tool, it's all about imagination and creative senses.In my camera bag
I'm a medicine student, I have many heavy books to carry around, so you can guess.But I always take my GoPro, and the 50mm Prime lens, and of course the Heart !Feedback
This is not a perfect Photo, I'm not an expert either. As I mentioned, Prizren is a beautiful city but you can do it all around the world. Time is money, you should really take advantage of the moment and without any habdabs or fear release the shutter button and fire. But this is not the key of success, luck must be in your side too. If you can't take the perfect shot in the first few attempts, move on, change the subject and always believe in yourself.
