My own Christmas tree

Time

After dark, when the Christmas lights were turned on I decided to take a photo of some of the decorations on the tree.

Lighting

This was just artificial lighting from the tree.

Equipment

Camera: Canon EOS 6D Aperture: f/5 ISO: 1600 Exposure: 1/25 Focal Length: 105/1

Inspiration

I liked the way the decorations were reflecting the light.

Editing

I processed the photo in lightroom, but really only cropped it a bit.

In my camera bag

60D, 100-400 telephoto lens, 24-105 lens, Speedlight 600ex-rt. After that I just trade lenses and other equipment in and out.

Feedback

focus on minimizing the content of the photo. I wanted to focus on just this star rather than a number of decorations.
