Location

This photo was taken in Kenya in November of 2015. We were in Amboseli National Park.

Time

Midday.

Lighting

Natural lighting. A little overcast.

Equipment

Nikon D750 with a Tampon 150-600mm telephoto.

Inspiration

Great colors and mother/child elephants were too good of a shot to miss.

Editing

Minor post-processing. I believe I did some balancing, but it was a long time ago.

In my camera bag

Multiple lenses, batteries, and cards. Plus water and whatever snacks might be needed for the day.
