Behind The Lens

Location
Tallin , Estonia
Time
In the morning between 9 and 10
Lighting
A beautiful morning and especially welcome as we walked the gang plank to solid land.
Equipment
Handheld. Samsung Z35 or LUMIX 1000.
Inspiration
Beautiful day, great lighting, fantastic cloud pattern and an amazingly structure.
Editing
The big job in post proc was to square up the angles distorted by pointing the camera almost straight up. Light room provided the tools.

Feedback
Architectural photography of tall structures need to be squared up a bit to avoid the abstraction caused by the distortion of capturing the image with the lens pointing up. To do this leave more border around the building as tilting the image digitally in post process will use up the border and you could lose important elements like a cross or top of ttower leaving you with a nice wall and no interest.
