This is another of "my love affair with reptiles" shots taken at Wingham Wildlife ParkTime
Well I was getting the munchies so it was probably mid afternoon. However, since this was taken under artificial light in the reptile house the time of day doesn't really matter. Except for bed time or beer o'clock of course.Lighting
It's through glass under artificial light. That's probably why the little beasties are happy to pose for me - they look through the glass and see one of their own looking back at them, haha!Equipment
A99v with 50mm f2.8 macro lens, no flash or ring and the old MK1 arm and eyeball combinationInspiration
I looked through the glass and saw a kindred spirit looking straight backEditing
A few minor tweaks to this one but the job was all about getting sharp focus on the eyeballIn my camera bag
For a general purpose shoot my A99v and spare batteries, a 50mm macro, a sigma 150-500mm with 2X teleconverter and a 16-35mm f2.8 wide angle zoom plus rocket and cleaning kit and my lucky vest.Feedback
