On my first week back living in Colorado I got the warmest welcome possible - an opportunity to photograph some of my favorite mountains in the world - the Needles. In this case, Pigeon Peak, Turret Peak, and Peak Fifteen, some of the most awesome peaks in the San Juans Mountains. I was invited to shoot them with long-time native and fellow photographer, Patrick Dillon. We've both admired each other's work on Flickr for years and it was so awesome of him to invite me out and reintroduce me to my favorite part of the world. Thanks Patrick, and thanks Durango - I'm home!
