One of my hobbies is fly fishing and I tie all my own flies. This is an example of a quill bodied Mayfly Dun. This is tied on a size 16 hook which is pretty small. I used a Nikkor 105mm Micro Lens and using f-16 I then focused on a variety of parts and pieces and sandwiched the image together using one of photoshop's fantastic subroutines getting almost everything in sharp focus.
