This image is part of a series of Macro photography that touches on the idea that by allowing our eyes to magnify into an object previously not visible to us, we are stepping into another world outside our own, A world that although small in nature is at times massive in proportion and scale. These small worlds are constructed and perfect in every way. A rhythm, a balance, a play of beauty and light. A fantasy to dive into and explore (All colors seen are not saturated but the actual color of the peacock feathers capturing the light in small what almost seem to be glass tubular structures, Upon inspection I came to the hypothetical conclusion that each of these glass beads are angled at a different angle and and refracts colours at different angles allowing the large range of colours to be so brightly displayed. This would also explain the change in colour based on the viewing angle.
