Location
I took this photo in my back garden.Time
As far as I recall it was around 2 in the afternoon.Lighting
It was a grey kind of a day. I did not use any lighting as i took this photo but I edited in Lightroom. It was taken in colour but changed to BW in Lightroom.Equipment
I used Nikon D7200 camera and 16-80 lens.Inspiration
The child in the photo is my grandaughter, Roisin. She was about 4 years old at the time. She had cut her finger about 20 minutes before that and had cried bitterly because it was so sore. Eventually, I gave her some chocolate to help calm her down and it worked. As she calmed down, I saw the opportunity to take the photo.Editing
In lightroom I changed it to BW because it reminded me of a Victorian type photoIn my camera bag
I have a D7200 and a D7500 with a micro lens, a 16-80 lens, 12-24, a fisheye and some lenses that came with both cameras.Feedback
Look for the shot. Take the opportunity when something happens and have your camera to hand.
