This was in a national park. This guy, and 3 or 4 others are constantly roaming the roads. So much so that they have signs up asking people not to feed them because they are becoming dependant on the hand outs, and come winter time, nobody is around to feed them(beach tourist destination). But day in and day out, if you go by this particular stretch of road, you'll come across people feeding them completly ignoring the signs. It does make for some great photo ops though!
