Great image. Personally, I would be tempted to crop the sides, to focus the eye on the girl. Love the muticoloured background!

I don't think the crop makes much difference as the people on each side are out of focus, My eye went directly to hers and my feeling was she is zoned out with the sounds even with an earplug. A vignette would help a bit. Nice image
