We love the wonderful colors our iris’s bring to our garden but until now it was only once a year. We always thought, 10 days to 2 weeks of spring color is just not enough especially when we have such spectacular color like 'Orange Harvest'. Thank goodness an Iris like 'Golden Harvest' is among the growing ranks of this genus that re-blooms. Sure, it will still give that massive flush of early June color with huge orange flowers with matching beards that will electrify any sunny garden but, after a summer of rest, as the weather cools in September, a smaller yet still significant re-bloom of these big orange flowers will burst forth with their harvest moon color. We love Orange Harvest for making fresh flower arrangements as the blossoms have a very subtle seductive scent.
