I'd driven Highway 25 all week to and from a job I was on and loved the look of the mustard fields. I woke up early Saturday morning and noticed the wonderful sky. I threw my gear in the car and drove the 45 minutes to this spot. I'm 6ft. 1 ½in. tall. The mustard plants were almost 7 feet tall. I held the camera above my head and fired off a few blind shots and captured this Red-Wing Blackbird coming in for a landing.
