Day 99 of 365 Challenge (April 9, 2015) - This was taken at Tommy Thompson Park which is located on the Toronto’s waterfront. The park is located on a man-made peninsula, known as the Leslie Street Spit, which extends five km into Lake Ontario and is over 500 hectares in size. The park consists of wildflower meadows, cottonwood forests, coastal marshes, cobble beaches and sand dunes including various types of wildlife. I did not do any editing. This is what I saw.

This is beautiful Cher. This sounds like an awesome place. All the snow is gone now?

This is just gorgeous Cher and that lovely grass in the foreground frames it beautifully. This looks so different to our marshlands.

This is a lovely capture of the marsh...the weeds (known as Phragmites) in the foreground, although and invasive species, does add character to the view. Should make for an interesting early summer visit when the wildlife is abound.
