So Far in a small village, Minangkabau as a designation for Ranah Minang in West Sumatra - Indonesia, famous for its traditions and customs since hundreds years ago.
"Batanak Nasi" means "Cooking Rice", which had always been the tradition in Minangkabau, and which is done by a girl in a traditional kitchen. Actually a small kitchen that uses only woods as fuel. We can see a piece of Bamboo that serves as a funnel for the wind blowing towards the furnace so that the fire was not extinguished. This has become a daily habit of a lady in Minangkabau.
