Behind The Lens

Location

Redlands, Ca

Time

Early morning.

Lighting

It was a dark and cloudy morning.

Equipment

Canon EOS 60D with a tripod and Macro lens.

Inspiration

The rain had been falling all night long so I woke up with the desire to capture the droplets. As I explored outside I came across a bush that had been visited by a spider. I had never noticed the spider web before but the rain gave it so much character that I had to try and capture the shot.

Editing

I played with the clarity.

In my camera bag

Canon EOS 60D and Canon Mark III along with a 70-300mm lens and a 17-40mm lens.

Feedback

Get out and start shooting! It is so amazing what you can capture when you start exploring. Don't forget your tripod when you are doing macro work. It helps keep the camera still which gives you clearer shots.
