even closer to this one, I have tried so hard to get this kinda quality picture but so far no dice...the finger lakes is one of the best places for secenry, and this from someone from Scotland

Took this at Watkins Glen State Park in Watkins Glen Ny.Time
Taken in the mid morning/afternoon.Lighting
Nothing really special about the lighting. It's in a pretty well shades area so no worry about too much sunlight. Can really be shot any time of day.Equipment
This was shot with the Nikon D7000 and Nikon 17-55 2.8. I believe I used a Singh-Ray vari-n-duo as well.Inspiration
It looks like a fantasy world. It's actually been shot to death by just about everyone.Editing
It's a very busy place and nearly impossible to get a pic without people in it so I had to take multiple shots and blend them out. Other than than just contrast, sharpness, and a little vibrance.In my camera bag
I just graduated from a Nikon D610 with Sigma 24-105 f4 to a Nikon Z6 with the Z 24-70 f4. I also have the Z 20 mm 1.8s, love that lens. Also the Tamron 100-400 and Rokinon 14mm 2.8.Feedback
Be patient if you want to shoot here. Lots of people so take multiple shots.
