Just returned from a trip to Big Bend National Park and this was the number one must visit spot of the trip. Did not get here until mid day and the light was fairly harsh so used some filtering. Then this couple arrives by canoe and provided a wonderful foreground object.

( About 80% of the time I seem to be at the right place, at the wrong time of day...and no chance to return! ) I'd say that you did a fantastic job of making a winning image, regardless of the fairly harsh light!

I had to work fast as I was afraid the couple that beached the canoe would move it. I got about 3 shots off and they pulled it up on the beach to load it. Thanks for the nice words.
