Location
I took this at our campsite in Radium Hot Springs BC CanadaTime
This was taken during the supper hour.Lighting
The evening light is much softer and more even for shooting in natural light.Equipment
I used my D800 with a Sigma 150-500 mm lens, f/6.3 @450 mm !/640s, ISO 3200 +1.0EV and I used the picnic table as my stabilization.Inspiration
I love to photograph birds, but to see these beauties eating in plain view was an opportunity that I'm so glad I didn't miss.Editing
I used Photoshop to watermark and crop my images as a regular part of my post-processing.In my camera bag
I always travel with my D800, D3100, Sigma 150-500 mm, 16-35 mm, tripod and a piece of memory foam for the door window of my vehicle.Feedback
