Behind The Lens

Location
I would pass this spot going to work and back most every day. I knew there was potential so I would check it every time I'd go by.
Time
Early morning loved the fog that adds character and can change the depth of a scene..
Lighting
Loved the soft light which really worked with the haze to lend a little mystery of the image.
Equipment
I always keep my nikon d300 along with the 18-200 vr lens. I learned early on to take my camera every time I went out or I'd miss something really good..
Inspiration
The scene immediately drew me in as I drove by. The starkness yet soft character overall forced me to hit the brake grab my camera..
Editing
I usually do basic adjustments to most pictures. Denoise, saturation, contrast, black and white points, sharpening.
In my camera bag
Don't really have extra equipment for a bag but I would when hiking hook a macro lens to my belt
Feedback
Go back to the same places again and again you never know a change in light or humidity can make a scene brand new..
