Falconers brought a few of their birds for our locat East Texas Camera Club to shoot on a cold, rainy East Texas morning on Lake Tyler, near Tyler, TX. These were some beautiful raptors. I learned that in the "off" season, the owners feed their birds quail. The raptors eat the entire bird and this photo shows the feathers that were not completely ingested.
