Behind The Lens

Location

Harpers Ferry,West Virginia

Time

Early afternoon

Lighting

There was some great overhead light so it was a perfect time to shoot in infrared.

Equipment

I used my Canon Rebel XSI for this shot along with my EFS 55-250MM lens with a Hoya R-72 infrared filter and a tripod for a long exposure.

Inspiration

Seeing so many awesome train track images here on ViewBug.

Editing

I used Topaz adjust to bring out more detail.

In my camera bag

Canon 5D Mark lll,Canon Rebel XSI,Canon EF 24-105MM,Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS ll USM,Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.01,Canon EFS 10-22mm,Canon EF 100MM F/2.8L Macro IS USM,Canon EF2 X lll Extender

Feedback

Be patient. Also you will need a tripod and a infrared filter such as the Hoya-R72.
