Thank you, if you Google it under Victoria tower or sometimes it is referred to as pirate tower. It is in Victoria beach and parking can be tough. There is a long set of steps down to the beach, (between two houses) and then when you get to the bottom, you will go to the right around the bend and follow that to see it. The best time to go is during low tide
