This Picture was taken in my backyard. The male cardinal was sitting in the lilac bushes during a snow storm.Time
This picture was taken during the afternoon. With snow storm and no sun light it appears to be a little darker out.Lighting
The darker appearance comes from the lack of sunlight. Also the picture was taken through a low E glass window. No flash was used.Equipment

I love taking nature pictures. My favorite thing to do is take pictures of birds. The male cardinal is a beautiful bird with its red feathers and strong personality. A very proud bird. It was a cold day with the snow storm. I had been watching for awhile and when the time was right I captured the shot.Editing

It takes a snowy day and the sun light that is minimal with the clouds. No flash was used as I was taking the picture through a low E glass window. It takes patience and a good eye for nature and a passion to capture the shot.
