On the Grid... yet out of Reach

As the city of Denver grows, modernizes & expands due to some thriving industries, construction's booming but struggling to keep up with demand as hordes of people moving to the mile high city in hopes of cashing in or riding the wave of prosperity however the sudden astronomical cost to live in Denver caused my demand & rapid population expansion has become out of reach & unattainable for a vast growing number of Colorado natives creating a feeling of being shut out & barred from the chance to partake in the flourishing businesses, jobs , industries they helped to stimulate and-or create, along with the absurdly expensive cost of renting & home ownership forcing residence to either to move far away to another town (which still isn't that affordable) for a ridiculously, long, stressful commute to work or to leave the state altogether. This is one of the Denver's Newly, updated & revamped Train stations in Downtown that best exemplified the current mood & state of Colorado's trajectory & economy with construction's always in progress.
