This photo was taken near my dormitory. I clearly remember I was packing my things since it was time to go home after my semester ended.Time
This was taken around 11 am .Lighting
Yeah this picture was taken in bright daylight and since the sun was almost above my building the golden light reflected on the ground floor and yellow walls and the bokeh created a beautiful background which contrasts coincidentally.Equipment
I used my Nikon D5300 kept on the ground . The lens I used was probably the 18-55 mmInspiration
I love to shoot macro photographs as we can so much creativity in these photos and we can ooze the details which are not visible to normal eyes !Editing
I dont post process my photos . I use Picasa to crop the photos when needed. Else whatever I capture I think of it beforehand . The image appears in my mind and I try my level best to get what I wanted.In my camera bag
Apart from my Nikon D5300 and my kit lens 18-55mm I always keeps the 35 mm prime lens with me . Prime lenses teachs so much about composing the photograph ans to grow yourself in photography. I also have a 70-300mm tamron but I mostly dont shoot with it. Apart from that a nexus 5 for sharing the photos to my social media Spare batteries and memory cards are always a must.Feedback
To get this type of shots always use manual mode. Although when I captured this shot I didnt have a 35mm but whenever possible use a 35mm or a general prime lens. Prime lenses are a must for learners like me. And have patience take as many shots as possible while adjusting the settings and check the results and think how can you make it better.
