Amazing!!
I have tried my best to capture the fog but problem is that the fog blankets even the objects in focus. But how you managed to get the subject so clear without any fog is simply beyond my understanding!!
Hope you can share some guidelines here..

Location
The photo was taken in a small forest near my house. (You do not always have to travel far to take beautiful photos) It a challenge for me to take pictures of places nearby.Time
A beautiful foggy morning at 8:00 so I could warm cozy picture with the right light.Lighting
Think carefully if you are at a location what you want to reach the end result, set your camera to manual to get full controll over exposure, so you get the maximum of the picture in any situation. Neutral density filters is a nice addition to get everything in balance. I work with various ND filters which I look at the location what is the added value.Equipment
I used a Canon 7D with a Canon 15-85, a tripod, Lee little stopper and a remote control .Inspiration
Photographing in the mist is for me the perfect circumstance to work with soft light. You can be very creative and the light beautifully balancing. I come often in this location and when there is fog I take my photo equipment and try to go there as soon as possible for the fog is gone, which usually take an hour or twoEditing
Mijn post processing is altijd alles importeren in Lightroom om alles in balans te krijgen ( de scherpte, kleuren, belichting). Daarna in photoshop wat creativiteit toevoegen. Voornamelijk dodge&burn, selectief kleuren, clarity, noise reduction and some laagmaskers. In my camera bag
I work with a Canon 7D a Canon 10-20, Canon 15-85, Sigma 24-70. Lee filters, the little stopper, nd 0.6 soft grad, nd 0.9. Always a tripod for slow shutter speeds, which fails out of hand. Remote control and some flashlights.Feedback
Go more often to the same locations at different times. Work with various ND filters and look which picture gives you the best result you want to get out of it. By going several times to thesame location and practice you learn to get the maximum out of the picture and look very good at your computer what you can do better or different. By doing this you can create your own style and it is much more easy to work at any location or time.
