For those who have visited Diablo Lake will know this picture isn't over-saturated.
With the exception of maybe Lake Louise, I have yet to see a bluer shade of water. Diablo Lake is the accumulation glacier water from the mountain range around the North Cascades, which feeds into Diablo Dam.
