Behind The Lens

Location

In a market square, a saturday morning of fall in Seregno, few miles north of Milan, Italy.

Time

Around 9 am in a sunray just after a storm.

Lighting

Morning sun, God's light.

Equipment

After a lifetime spent shooting with expensive Nikon equipment, took this pic with a 80 euros Coolpix.

Inspiration

I love dramatic colors and strong side light.

Editing

Yes, a strong saturation of colors, posterization, add transparent layers of texture and color retouching.

In my camera bag

Today just a tiny Coolpix plus an Imac at home with Photoshop and Gimp.

Feedback

It takes a wide culture in photo and painting to understand colors and light this way; several decades with cameras and brushes.
