Location
This photo was taken in the backyard of my home in Karen, Kenya. It was my cat who actually spotted him and promptly took him in his mouth as a snack. After a bit of wrestling we were able to get him out of my cats mouth and I took a photo. He was too tiny to put back so to recover I placed him in our fruit bowl where he munched on fruit flies for a few days. I then placed him in a Honeysuckle bush next to our home. I've spotted him now and again and he is now full grown and keeps to that spot regularly. We call him Jumba.Time

Nikon D300 with a macro lens. I didn't have my tripod available and most of the shots weren't sharp because of that so I feel lucky I got a few sharp shots.Inspiration
He was so incredibly tiny, I had never seen a chameleon that tiny. I had my husband hold him for perspective and took the shot.Editing

Besides my camera I always have my micro and wide angle lens. I also try to always have my tripod on me although for this shot I did not.Feedback
