Reminds me of a Turner, beautiful composition, tonality, colour palette and perfectly named.

Location
On the Murray River, AustraliaTime
one hour after sunriseLighting
Camping beside the Murray River, you naturally awaken at dawn. On venturing outside the tent, a very thick fog had blanketed the river, beautifully soft lighting.Equipment
Canon 10D, 24-70mm lens, hand held. Shot @ 400iso, f7.1, 1/640s, lens @35mm.Inspiration
After assessing the fog and it's effects on my surroundings, I took a series of shots of my immediate surroundings, the ethereal effect was mesmerising but this composition was my most rewarding image.Editing
Yes, post-processed in Photoshop, main adjustments were; increasing the contrast, slight increase in saturation and clarity, and further enhancing the effect of the fog with gaussian blur, finally, slightly sharpened. In my camera bag
I've since graduated through the canon range and now have a 5D MkIII, f2.8 24-70mm & f2.8 80-200 lenses (the latter being an oldie but a goodie). Canon 580EX speedlite, remote timer, ND filters (2-8ND), circular polarising filter, manfrotto 055 tripod with ball-head and a manfrotto pocket stand. AND, I'm never without the camera manual!Feedback
The greatest advice I could give others would be to open your mind to your surroundings and try to visualise your final image. Quite often, people see what they think might make a 'nice shot', without using their creativity.
