I love to take photos of flowers I noticed this little guy trying to hide on my lilac bush in my front yard. I almost missed it because he blended in with the green leaves.Time
This was taken in the early afternoon in the Spring. I love looking at and smelling flowers especially lilacs. I saw this little guy as I was admiring and smelling my lilacs. Of course I had to take the photo.Lighting
The afternoon light picked up the vibrant green of the frog and the contrast of the white flowers. I was quite please with the way it turned out.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3000 with a Nikon DX AF-S Micro NIKKOR 40mm lens. I didn't use a tripod and flash was not needed.Inspiration
All nature inspires me.Editing
There wasn't much post-processing required. I cropped the photo to more focus on the frog.In my camera bag
Nikon D3000 with 3 lenses. I have a micro, 55-200 mm and a SP 10-24 mm. When out taking photos of nature, I like to be ready for micros and landscapes.Feedback
Go out and smell the roses (or flowers) and you bring your camera with you because you never know what you will see.
