Amazing shot. I had a similar situation on the beach in Cancun last winter and I got some great pics of a beautiful little girl, lost in her own world. Nice job!

Location
This was taken at Camden Yards baseball stadium, ballpark for the Baltimore Orioles.Time
I believe it was mid-day in early April.Lighting
Just a nice spring day.Equipment
I used a Sony Nex-6 with a 17-55mm lens, handheld.Inspiration
I was in the stands watching the ballgame, and this beautiful little girl and her family were one row ahead of me and slightly to the right, down about 15 feet. She was very young, maybe just 2 years old. She was extremely feminine for a child. She had on little earrings and perfect hair. Just absolutely adorable. She was turned around looking up because the Orioles team mascot was behind us maybe about 100 feet. She was transfixed by the mascot and just stood there looking for 5-10 minutes. That's when I began to take her picture. She never saw me at all.Editing
The only post-processing was some minimal use of sliders for contrast, sharpness. In my camera bag
I carry a Sony Nex-6 and four lenses...a 77-55mm, 14mm, 50-210 and fish eye........I recently purchased a Sony a6000, so have added that new camera to my bag. I carry 3 extra batteries and 3 extra memory cards along with some cleaning tools.Feedback
It extremely crowded situations, like a ballgame or any stadium event, it's very easy to take photos of people in the crowd because everyone seems to have a camera, and tourists using cameras is accepted and expected. So, just be aware of the possible photo ops around you, and act quickly and decisively.
