Location
This photo was taken near Warriewood waterfall in Sydney's Northern Beaches.Time
This image was taken in the afternoonLighting
This lighting in this I was very lucky with! The area we were shooting was very dark as the light was getting blocked by the canopy of the trees and was making for a hard shoot in hard light. Through the shoot we were making our way up the low water river bed to the waterfall that is at the top of the stream, and thats when this shot occurred. The afternoon sun penetrated one section of the canopy shinning straight onto the rock the model is standing on and luckily we had a lot of costumes to play around with and then this white contrasted really well with the shadowed wall of the water fall.Equipment
Canon 7d sigma 17-70mm 2.8 macro lens natural lightInspiration
This photo was really spur of the moment it was the only place we found this light. It was a really lucky shot and we were lucky to have so many different costumes that we could try and managed to find something that contrasted so well with the surrounding area.Editing
