This is just beautiful. I would take the second column back and do selective color just for fun. Just left a similar comment, really feeling selective color right now lol

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo while I was on holiday in Turkey. We went on a day trip which included an amphitheater in Antalya, which is where I got this shot. This was taken at the top of the amphitheater, after climbing up some very high/steep stone steps (with a very tight grip on my camera!!)

Time

I think this was taken mid-afternoon, I just remember it being rather hot!

Lighting

This was just natural lighting.

Equipment

This was taken on my old Nikon D80 with 18-135mm lens

Inspiration

I really like the fact that each arch is perfect, and it amazes me that they manage to stay up, especially bearing in mind how long ago they were built!

Editing

I did a tiny crop and increased the contrast a tad.

In my camera bag

I'm now using a Nikon D7100 with an 18-135mm lens. I also carry my Sigma 10-20mm lens, Lee filters and remote release.

Feedback

I try and look for patterns and leading lines, so when you look at the picture, you wonder where you would end up if you followed the path.
