This was taken in our favorite hiking spot the Wissahickon Creek park in Philadelphia. During our favorite season, the fall. When the weather is perfect and the colors are spectacular.Time
It was late afternoon during a 8 mile hike around the creek.Lighting
Wanted those fall colors and Jada's brindle coat to come through.Equipment
At the time I was using a Nikon coolpic point and shoot, I pointed and shot.Inspiration
I wanted to capture Jada, my hiking partner for posterity knowing that one day she would move on. Her eyes tell you her story.Editing
I did very little post -processing, brought out the colors a little to give them a little more pop.In my camera bag
I have since moved on from the point and shoot to a cannon mirrorless.Feedback
