I have learned to get really good 'roadside' photos of the wildflowers in this area of Central Texas. This is along State Highway 71 just outside of Bastrop, TX. This is literally the side of the road along the hillside Right of Way.

The Bluebonnets were at their peak at this time and the Paintbrushes were just beginning to blossom.
