......Birders call this the Gray Ghost ....it is a stark difference from the brownish female .....i am fully zoomed out on a 600mm cropped sensor no extender when i captured this which makes this a 900mm shot ....and of course I cropped it ....these are a major pain in the rear end to capture and you might consider yourself lucky to even see one ...I know i was ....in flight some birds are just harder to photograph and to me this one in particular is ...its true name is a male Northern Harrier
