Built in the town of Ipswich in Queensland, this beautiful old diesel Rail Motor RM93 was built in 1950. Named: "Gulflander", she pulls two old restored rail motor carriages from the Gulf of Carpentaria town of Normanton, to the adjoining mining town of Croydon, on a once a week return service. Passengers and rail buffs travel from all over the globe, and Australia, to ride on this historic train, which runs on antique rails, first laid down in the 1700's.
