Most important this cyclone that started as a hurricane in Mexico and resulted in the first tropical storm in 82 years to hit the west coast of the United States. It is expected to hit Californica with vigor! Today the flooding will result in rivers. Swift water rescues will be called in many locations. Final result of the storm is not concluded but the vast spread of the storm reached all over the western United States.
