These are Brown Cone Flowers (Brown-Eyed Susans), Saddle Blankets (the orangey ones), Drummond's Phlox (the fuchsia ones) and Lemon Horsemint (Basil Bee Balm, whitish lavender) amongst some local grasses.

Here's another "Roadside" snap. The roadways, highways and byways of most of Texas are rife with potential flower blooms from February to July or so, depending on where you are.

Here in Central Texas, the colors bloom and change color each month along the same sections of road due to the overlapping periods of time for the separate species of flowers.
