Behind The Lens

Location

I took this on a country road in Yellowhead County AB.

Time

I took this capture at around 3 - 3:30 pm on a beautiful spring day.

Lighting

This was natural Spring daylight.

Equipment

I used my canon T7 with a 75mm - 300mm lens.

Inspiration

This was a complete surprise photo. I was actually setting up to take a completely different shot when she flew past me unexpectedly. She landed on a fence post in front of me and sat there patiently while I snapped a few photos.

Editing

I did a simple auto process option to simply sharpen the image a bit.

In my camera bag

I normally carry 2 lenses, a selection of filters, cleaning gear and a lens hood.

Feedback

I have learned over the years to always have my camera close at hand as you never know when you will be surprised by Nature or Man.
