I decided to get up early for sunrise during a recent trip to the Outer Banks. There were supposed to be storms later in the day so I was hoping for an interesting sky in the morning. The colors did not last long during sunrise, but they lasted long enough for me to take a long exposure to get the clouds streaking across the sky. This was taken at the beach behind the Sanderling Resort in Duck North Carolina. Thanks for looking!

Thank you for joining my Dramatic Clouds Challenge. Great image!! the long exposure makes it feel like the scene is alive by the movement captured in the shot. The cloud colors are lovely and calm but that center brings a lot of heat to the image as well. Nice job and Congrats!!! 😎📷
