Sunset is my favorite time of day to take pictures. The lighting is always perfect and on this day it was particularly beautiful with bold streaks of red tones presenting itself, unexpectedly.Equipment
I used my Pixel 6 Pro. I was still fairly new to photography and was in the process of buying my Nikon Z-50 at the time.Inspiration
It was one of those moments when you knew that you could capture a special moment in time and didn't want to miss out on it.Editing
The shot turned out to be picture perfect and required no additional editing on my part, other than cropping the photo a bit.In my camera bag
I now carry my Nikon Z-50 camera with an additional telephoto lens. I just ordered a wide lens to add to my collection. I always have my Pixel 6 Pro handy along side it. The other items in my bag are SD cards, a battery charger and an attachable flash for the Nikon.Feedback
I have taken so many photographs at the same location since it is close to my home. No matter how many times I go, there is always something new to take a picture of that is a complete surprise. The important thing is to get outside and the opportunities will come.
