Location
I have taken a whole series of pictures from the small spot called Vingsted. There is an Iron Age environment where camp schools are held. It's very beautiful out there. Behind my daughter in the picture, - there is a very beautiful lake. They tell the camp school kids that people were sacrificed in the lake (in the old days) as gifts to satisfy the gods. And they have hung horns up in the trees. These are the horns my daughter reaches out for. Forgive me if my grammar is not correctTime
Early afternoon.Lighting
We were surrounded by trees and it was a little dark in there, in the corner of the lake. I only used the natural light and my camera can handle a lot of darkness.Equipment
Only my camera Canon 5D with 24-70mm lensInspiration
I had seen them hang a horse skin with horse head and all. It was pretty bizarre. But I dressed my daughter in old-fashioned clothes and told her that she had to use her imagination on this day. She is often my model. And when we photograph pictures for Vogue, she knows she must not smile in the pictures. But this day she could do as she pleased. Free fantasy. Free play. You are welcome to go to my profile and see the other portraits of the dead horse and Lullu. If you dare. They are very original and special to. We've even gotten so mad about them that they're hanging in our living room now. Who had guessed?Editing
