Furebergsfossen is one of the largest and widest waterfalls in Norway. The waterfall lies between the village of Ænes and Sundal and is located at the “bottom jaw” of the Maurangsfjord. The water comes directly from the glaciers of Flogefonna National Park. During the summer season, the waterfall feels thunderous as the melted glacier water roar down 500 feet of mountainous rock.
